57km Road Cycle

The 57km circuit captures the essence of the Moutere, taking riders through idyllic rural communities,

past anglers challenged by the trout of the Motueka River,

along charming valley flats and past a bevy of boutique and cottage industries

before returning to enjoy the hospitality at the Moutere Inn.

An ideal 'warm-up' for the Port Nelson Big Bay Bike.

Results

Start:  9.30am    Moutere Village

Registration: 8.30 - 9.00am    Moutere Inn

Entry Fee:  Individuals  $10       Teams  $20             (Entry Form)

Open to all riders - over 14years. 

Teams can split the distance with changeover points at Ngatimoti and Dovedale

THE COURSE

Follow the Moutere (Inland) Highway from Upper Moutere to Edwards Road.  Turn Left and follow the Waiwhero Valley before turning Left at Ngatimoti and onto the Motueka Valley Highway.  At Woodstock, turn Left and go through to Dovedale, turn Left onto Neudorf Road.  At Prices Corner turn Right onto the Moutere Highway and back to the Moutere Village finish.
