Cycling Nelson Sign-On Rules

1    My bicycle is in a road worthy condition

2    I will wear a safety approved cycling helmet, securely fastened

3    I acknowledge the road will be open to all traffic at all time,

      that road rules apply at all times, and am aware of the dangers of

      road racing and compete in this event at my own risk.

4    I acknowledge that race officials and the STMS (Site Traffic

     Management Supervisor) have the authority to disqualify any rider

    `failing to adhere to the Traffic Management Plan for this event.

5    I agree to follow the instructions of the event officials.

6    I will not put myself or other persons at risk

7    If I am involved in an accident, I will not seek to blame or make a clain

      against the Organsiers (Cycling Nelson).  Nor will i assist anyone else in

      making such a claim.

8    This acknowledgment is intended to be binding on my relatives, personal

      representatives, heirs and successors.
